Data and documents requiredfor filing and proceeding applications for granting patents for invention in the countries of former USSR

 

For filing application:

 - names and addresses of the applicant(s) and inventor(s) (in any language preferably with these data transcription necessary for preparing Ukrainian version of these data);

 - invention specification, claims, drawings and abstract (if not in national language, translation is to be filed within two months from the filing date);

 - Power of Attorney duly attested by the applicant;

 Note: Power of Attorney is to be signed by the authorized persons of the applicant(s) with indicating name(s) of the applicant(s), said person’s positions and date and place of signing. No legalization required. Power of Attorney may be filed within two months from the filing date.

 - priority document (may be filed within three months from the filing date);

 Note: for claiming priority the following documents are to be presented:

  - certified copy of said application(s) in case of filing previous application(s) in another Paris Convention country.
